Re-Direction
If you have been directed here via my profile area, well, this is my site but it is not my MAIN one. I have not written on godpuddle for quite some time.
My apologies to anyone who might even possibly, remotely wish I had!
My main site is at Bookpuddle.

Cip, I would propose that your lack of posting to this site points to your continued evolution (if that is the right word) in this area. Before, you were so brainwashed about what you SHOULD be doing that you dwelled on this topic a lot. Now that you have been de-converted, while the original deconversion process was interesting (and spawned godpuddle), it has now waned in its interest...and you don't have the original guilt complex which drives you back to this.
If this is true, I guess the key question is whether a spiritual dimension (not in a fundamentalist way) will remain a central dimension to your life, reading and writings. If so, I encourage you to continue to read and write on this blog...maybe in a different way though...maybe by providing new and different insights into spirituality as you now experience it.
Having said all that, at a minimum, I look forward to a review of Jesus for the Non-religious!!!
What an insightful comment Cold Mol.
Really good points you are making me think about.
It is sobering to muse upon what is left of "spirituality" when that which was not working beforehand, is rationally rejected as being defunct to start with!
But you have made me think of many things here... one of which is that I do not want to be as legalistic about my newly renaissanced de-conversion as I was about my... former state.
Definitely, the Age of Guilt is fully over with, and that is so refreshing. To me, as it is, [I know] to you, too.
Thank you for your encouragement.
I hope to adequately review Spong.
I must say, he has my number!
My lack of posting here on godpuddle is something that is regrettable to me, but I blame TIME.
Rather the lack of it.
I find that [overall] I am more "into" chasing great literature [hence, my more regular postings on bookpuddle] than I am interested in seriously dissecting renaissance theology.
However.... my love of the latter will NEVER pass away!
Perhaps you should make changes on the site name
to help something more important. I first clicked on a
couple of alternative final results, even though there's a superior headline. Nonetheless a few things i essential I discovered listed here.
Here is my web-site ; www.albasalh.Com
Ronald Dworkin New York Review of Books....current issue. I think you would like it.
